CHROME THROTTLE / THROTTLE RETURN BRACKET for aftermarket Throttle and Trans Kickdown Cable.  It is ment to be used with a Steel Braided Throttle Cable and Steel Braided Trans Cable.  It comes with the provisions to use it as a throttle bracket or you can use it as a throttle return bracket all put together.  The Bracket also comes with an attachment that mounts your Transmission Kickdown Cable.  You will receive One in a Sealed Package.
